Bugzilla – Bug 9138
Possibility to pop back more than two levels
Last modified: 2009-10-05 14:34:34 UTC
Today you have set a nextWindow parameter in the JSON response that results in that a menu is shown in the Controller browser. If nextWindow=parent the menu backs one menu level to the parent menu after an item has been selected. If nextWindow=grandparent, the menu backs two menu levels. However, there is currently no way to instruct the menu to back more than 2 menu levels. This is a problem for mixers which lets the user make a number of choices before the mixer is executed. It would be great if there was some way to trigger the menu to move back x number of menu levels.
Ben: would this be for you?

Moving to the product SqueezePlay because this bug appears to apply to any player based on that application code. Feel free to move it back if it's specific to the single original product.
this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.
this is actually fixed with the addition of the ability to add a windowId to a given window. If a window in the stack with the windowId of 'foo', you can set a callback param nextWindow = 'foo' and it will pop back to that window. marking as fixed
