Description Gary 2005-07-11 15:37:23 UTC
V6.1b2

Having links in a playlist to tracks in a parent folder no longer works. At
least, not for Windows users.

e.g. playlist containing the line
..\U2\Angel of Haarlem.mp3
will not work.

Steps to re-create

- Navigate to "Browse Music Folder".
- Find a playlist containing a file located in a relative sub-directory
- Press play
- Slim player displays...

Problem: Can't open file for:

please try the latest nightly build, and if still a problem, attach logs for
d_parse, d_scan, d_paths (should have been fixed as part of fixing bug 1717, bug
1716, and partisl fix for bug 1735)
Comment 2 KDF 2005-07-11 16:38:22 UTC
also, do you have playlists in the same directory as the tracks? If so, those
might be your 'can't open file' errors, and should now work with the latest
nightly build.

Appears to be fixed in latest nightly - 11-July - Good stuff!

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006. I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
