Can we add the additional time and date formats available from SlimServer?

r492 adds the entire set of date formats as listed in Slimserver->Server Settings->Date/Time

also adds help text to cover potential ambiguity between MM and DD

Dean-- time settings are currently very simple, 12h or 24h. Are you sure you want to add all the other ones?

Dean we have too many options now, and some mess up the formatting of the screensavers. Can you please review this.

Also if the options are changed then the default settings needs to be checked, see bug 6071.

I think we need to fix the Classic Clock screensaver to be able to wrap the date field.  When localized the date will almost certainly be longer than in English.

Also, opening a new bug to remove digital screen saver.

FYI, Bug#6075 covers the classic clock formatting issue
There is also Bug#6072 that covers a few additional formats to be added.

I don't see anything left for this bug to be open. Moving to RESOLVED/WONTFIX. Reopen if you feel otherwise.
