Description Justin Fletcher 2007-11-06 16:05:54 UTC
With r821.

The Digital clock, with the time format displaying 'Wednesday 07. November 2007' shows the time with the '7' lost off the edge of the screen, and most of the 'W' lost on the left. It's just too long for the display. Maybe if it's too long the screensaver should split it into two lines. It could be shown without the day name :-)

See bug 5503.
Comment 2 Ben Klaas 2007-11-12 07:55:18 UTC
Digital clock has been removed per bug#6128, but this bug still applies to Classic clock. Rewording summary of bug accordingly and assigning to me.

Comment #1 isn't correct--bug 5503 has nothing to do with this bug.
Comment 3 Ben Klaas 2007-11-14 12:00:03 UTC
r901: check date string width when rendering clock; if too wide, fall back to a tighter date format
