I just tried this in 32-bit Vista and the keyboard commands work fine.  I'm still having the issue in 64 it Vista.

I have UAC turned off in my 64 bit Vista session.  I can run SqueezePlay fine, but apparently to use keyboard commands, you need to explicitly "run as administrator" to enable keyboard shortcuts.

Since this is a known issue with Squeezeplay this bug can be closed.
