Description James Richardson 2008-08-19 13:51:01 UTC
when the "skip limit" has been reached when reproducing bug 9210, then Pandora will not advanced to the next track during a station stream.

The user would have to wait >1 hour for the limit to expire before Pandora will play normal again.

ALSO, when this happens, then the graphics for the now playing track are stuck on the first track to error out after the skip limit is reached.

While it is possible to play another track by pressing play, the displayed data does not match the currently playing track.

more errors, Slacker

This time I got the errors when streaming a Slacker station. NO skips, just continuous playing of the same slacker station.

Andy: Squeezenetwork bug, right?
Comment 4 Andy Grundman 2008-08-20 12:29:42 UTC
If a bug was reproduced using SC, it's an SC bug. The fix may require changes on the SN side but I still like to keep them as SC bugs.

James notes it's easier to repro on synced players.
Comment 6 Andy Grundman 2008-11-17 08:36:23 UTC
AFAICT this is not a bug anymore. If you stop the station after hitting the skip limit, and then restart it, the song resumes from where you would have been. If you wait long enough that the song would have ended, you will get the next song.

Reduce number of active targets for SC
