7.1 Trunk r21651 (also in 7.2)

This must have happened very recently.  VA track artists are showing up in the artist list.  The artist count is significantly higher as well.  Settings:

- Composer, Conductor, Band/Orhestra - all OFF
- Group compilation albums together
- List albums by all artists for that album
- Treat TPE2 MP3 tag as Band
- Treat multi-disc sets as a single album

I did a full clear/rescan in both 7.01 and 6.55 to be sure it's not something in the library and they don't exhibit this behavior.

I should have mentioned: the whole library is in Flac, so I would presume that the new TPE2 pref would have no bearing on the results.

I just verified that this is from change 21586 by reverting that change and rescanning.  See bug 8426.
