I have a somewhat flakey WiFi network; I'm going to do something about that, but
I have found that this produces some rather irritating behaviour.

My squeezebox is actually in the room above, with speakers set in the ceiling.
Control is via the we interface, using a web pad. It all works fine, except that
every now and then the squeezebox loses its connection with the server - often
when I'm away. To get it working again, I have to go upstairs and hit the
right-arrow button on the IR remote. This is the only time that I ever actually
use the remote.

Can the firmware be changed so that, when the squeezebox loses its connection
with the slimserver, it periodically tries to reconnect, say every 5 minutes?
