Description KDF 2008-05-28 09:34:11 UTC
Wiki on UI guidelines states that PLAY ADD, RIGHT all do the same thing when items are not playable (say, settings), yet current settings changes (alarm) do not do this presumably due to direction as such. The wiki should be updated to reflect the design so that other settings can then be consistent, OR the settings violating this convention be adjusted.
Comment 1 Blackketter Dean 2008-05-28 14:23:46 UTC
The UI guidelines are correct, in the absence of something useful, PLAY and ADD should behave the same as the right arrow or knob press.

The settings should be fixed.

Reassigning to you, if you like. Otherwise, set to unassigned and we'll take a look.

change 20325 implements the fix for alarm clock as it also contained part of the patch for bug 8253.

more to come as I find it.
