Firmware 42

When scrolling up and down a list with the IR remote, occasionally the transporter display scrolls the wrong way.

I've tracked this down to the firmware sending transporter knob updates even though the knob is not being turned at this point.

Debug will show the following even if IR remote is used.  This causes the display to update and it may animate in the wrong direction.
