Since scrolling is more important in boom, we should make it happen sooner and faster.

I propose we start with this, for both single and double line mode:

Scroll rate: 0.1
Scroll pause: 1.5
Scroll pixels: 7

SC defaults fixed in change 19285 (not migrated for existing users, as this IS alpha stuff)

see bug 7612 for firmware scrolling in setup.

reopen if there are problems, or if migration is required.
