Well, I am guessing about the 44100 but the play rate is off by almost exactly that much.

Upgrade to the latest nightly, then reprogram your xilinx.

Reprogram your xilinx by holding the '1' button during power up.  

Then see if it's still off.

Reprogrammed xilinx and have firmware 4. No change.

Sean, Alan Young has reprogrammed his xilinx, and he says that it still plays 48k songs at 44.1.  Can you verify that one more time?

Also plays 48000 FLAC and WAV badly.
