I posted this thread http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=44892 in the forums, which describes how SlimServer calls DBI.connect during its shutdown sequence, and since the database is already closed, it causes a fatal exception.

Windows Vista 32 bit Ultimate SP1
SlimServer v7.0 -- Running as a service

Easily reproduced, also happens while running at login.

bug 7556 may be duplicate to this issue.

Fixed in change 18151.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
