Seems 10.3 doesn't have all the modules we need for alias support (see bug 5584).

Is any of the following available on 10.3?
		require Mac::Errors;
		require Mac::Files;
		require Mac::Resources;

Worst case I'll make them optional, leaving 10.3 without support for aliases, as including them with SC might lead to compatibility issues

change 17868 - recover gracefully if these modules don't exist on the system. This means only OSX 10.4+ support following aliases.
