When a new user signs up without a PIN, they are constantly redirected to the player page.  Which is confusing.

Let's put the Add a Player form in the player panel in the player panel when there are no players associated with the account and stop redirecting to the player settings page.  This lets new users browse around while still being able to add their player in an obvious way.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
