Initial fixes in r1714 to allow jive to be linked on SN via Choose Player and Choose Music Source.

Lots of checkins, ending at r1773. Now all cases for the SN pin entry should be fixed. The following cases have been tested, and need QA:


Settings > Music Source
- Jive is not linked
- Player is not linked

Settings > Music Source
- Jive is not linked
- SB/TB/SR is linked

Settings > Music Source
- Jive is not linked
- SB/TB is linked to another account : will give error message

Settings > Music Source
- Jive is not linked
- SR is linked to another account : will move the player to your account

Settings > Choose Player
- You should not have any options to setup SqueezeNetwork

Setup > Choose Player
- Jive is not linked : you will have an option to Active SqueezeNetwork

Setup > Choose Player
- Jive is linked : you will not have that option

Setup from MPv6 firwmare
- After upgrading you should be asked to enter your SN pin, once successful you'll be returned to Choose Player.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
