Unconnected Squeezeboxes, Softsqueeze ,... don't show up in the drop menu

Disconnected players are forgotten by SqueezeCenter after being disconnected for a period of time.  

see bug 429 for a similar enhancement request

But we should display the list of players connected to SQN. This worked at some point. Have to test.

Change 14734 - make sure SQN synchronization is initialized after a clean install.

Julien - as Kevin said, unconnected players won't show up. Players connected to SQN should. This didn't work if you were running a clean install for the first time. The change I checked in should take care of this first start on a clean install case.

This bug is being closed since it was resolved for a version which is now released!  Please download the new version of SqueezeCenter (formerly SlimServer) at http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html

If you are still seeing this bug, please re-open it and we will consider it for a future release.
