On first setup, scroll through the language screens and you can get the description text at the bottom to lay out incorrectly and the title to be in the wrong language.  See attached photo.

No, this is not a duplicate of 5511. 

It is, however, a duplicate of 5905. I'm going to reopen, then close as a dup of 5905, deferring to that one because it has more information.
