Jive Firmware Version is PQP 2, 339, 339m

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start SlimServer.  Make sure there are songs ready to be played.
2.  Use Jive to fidn and play a song.
3.  Half way through the song, press and hold the FWD button.
4.  Notice the song is not going foreward faster.
5.  Notice there is no icon on Jive to indicate the FWD state.

please see bug 5333.  the two are basically the same thing and the attached fix addresses both functions (thought not both ui's)

Based on KDF's comment on bug 5333, I will revisit this issue when the new firmware is released.
