Description George 2007-02-07 13:09:13 UTC
Unfortunately, when I installed 6.5.1, the player would not play file formats that weren't in mp3. For example, all AAC files ripped using iTunes would not play. I found a work-around in a forum - I changed the socket wrapper file to one suggested by a contributor in the forum and that seemed to work.

Anyway, it would be great if this bug could be fixed.

Thanks,
George.

Another socketwrapper issue, 6.5.2 nightly builds should have this solved. Please try it out and let us know.

I'm just going to mark this as targetted for 6.5.2 so that it easily fits into a filter. May be merged with other bugs if further work is required.

Marking as fixed for the release of 6.5.2 as these issues are believed to be corrected with the updates to socketwrapper included with 6.5.2.

Please feel free to re-open if there are any continuing issues, or new symptoms we may need to investigate.

Fixed in 6.5.2, which is now released and available for download at http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html
