Description Tom Biggs 2004-06-30 14:21:40 UTC
Just came across a little bug, I think, let me try to explain...

I have my music collection on my C: Drive and a NAS device that is labeled
Drive Z, Both shortcuts sit on my C: drive local desktop and have shortcuts to
these directories..:.. Both directories show their contents in SLimserver
(song, title, etc..) on server web interface.. However when I drill down into
the song, it gives me an option to download the MP3 song.. When I attempt to
download from my C Directory, the link works well and looks something like
this:

http://24.242.233.118:9000/music/1979%20top%20100/# 23 - bruce springsteen -
hungry heart.mp3

But when I attempt to try to download from a network drive that is located on
my NAS (Drive Z:) I get the following link that look like this:

file:///Z:/MP3/Rap - R&B/DJ Eddie Def/Wax People/Slave to My Sound Wave.mp3 As
you can tell, there is no IP address associated with this and is trying to map
to my Z: drive on a remote computer?

It appears not to map correctly to my NAS device and appears to be a server
issue?

Routine bug db maintenance; removing old versions which cause confusion. I apologize for the inconvenience.
