Playing this in VLC works, but is a bit choppy because we don't have that much downstream here...

First URL oes not work at all.	Second URL gets in this crazy buffer frenzy state.  Will file a bug.  Looks like direct
streaming can't handle a 1.4kbps stream...  Prob not intended to do so in the first place.
