Description Philip Meyer 2006-07-29 04:41:32 UTC
I had an album that was incorrectly tagged as a compilation, because I hadn't set the ALBUMARTIST tag. I changed the tags, but hadn't rescanned.

Some time later...

Whilst browsing the album (via Artists/Various Artists/<album>), I noticed the album was still in various artists, so I clicked the All Songs link in an attempt to rescan the tags without doing a full rescan.

This only rescanned the first tag and moved the first track out of the display (as it is no longer a various artist album?).

Each click on All Songs moved another song out of the compilation album.

As I was clicking "All Songs", I expected all songs' tags would be reassessed.

I'm not sure if this is expected behavior.

Dan wants to see if the browse music folder behaves the same way.

Dan feels that this and bug 3868 are really the same.
