I have updated to the latest 6.3 Slim Server. Since that time I have a large number of duplicated album titles and duplicated tracks. These seem random and cannot be resolved. Whether I use 6.3, 6.3.1 or even the Alpha of 6.5 the results are the same. If I uninstall and return to 6.2.2, the problem continues even though all entries are removed.

This is a fairly major bug with quite a lot of people finding the same problem. Has the slim server changed the tags in some subtle way to cause an ongoing issue ?

the issue of duplicates is being addressed as bug 3658.  
if you have new information to add to the existing details, please comment with as much infomation as you can.
it may appear random now, but do try to see if you can discern a pattern or commonality somewhere.
