Description Chris Owens 2006-05-02 11:19:40 UTC
Setting the 'Crossfade' drop-down menu to 'Fade in and out' does something that locks up the Squeezebox. The user must power off and on before the Squeezebox will play again.

It's not 100% clear to me whether the root cause of this problem is a Slimserver or a firmware bug, but the player locking up makes me think firmware is a good place to start.

I'm testing with Slimserver 6.2.2

This is fixed in firmware 50. It is now in test and will be released soon.

I am leaving this bug open as it was found to be a problem with the firmware compiler and this is still under investigation. Firmware 50 has been build with the sdk 365 compiler.

Hi,
Sorry to bother you, but is this the patch for the fade in fade out
bug? I can't seem to see where you download the fix. Can you point me in the
right direction? Thx.
                              Kurt Poulsen.
