A description of how this file was made, from Peter:
MP3 file created using Goldwave 5.08 from a wave file (that squeezebox reads fine) also created from an LP by the same version of Goldwave..  It was transferred across a wireless network to a new hard drive where it was added to an ITunes library.  Squeezebox accessed the new hard drive file.

This is definitely an issue interpreting the RVA tag generated by iTunes.
