When changing pitch (mixer pitch) the flow of the music is interrupted. Can 
the implementation be changed so that it doesn't break the music?

I only know this happens with SB1s because that's all I have. I don't know 
whether it happens on SB2/3s or not.

SB1 is the only player that supports pitch at this point (the hardware had support, for sb2/3 we'd have 
to add it via software.)  

Alas, there's not much we can do with the SB1 to make it smoother, as this is what the decoder 
hardware does. 

 I'm going to close this bug.  If you'd like to open another bug requesting pitch control on the sb2/3, 
please go ahead!

Bug 1305 addresses this issue, somewhat, but is a confusing interplay of how the user interface works in this area and what the hardware does and doesn't do.

Would you rather I open a plain simple enhancement request, pitch control and nothing else?
