Description Mike Trill 2005-10-26 11:20:21 UTC
Just installed slimserver 6.2 (over 6.1) and now the server stops streaming
after playing one track.

ie. I select an album to add to playlist. All 10 tracks are added. The first
track plays, but never any tracks after that. I can select any track manually
from the playlist and it will play fine.

This behaviour happens both with the remote and the WEB UI.

All the files are variable bitrate wma files, and I have lame installed.

On the WEB ui, the last track to play remains highlighted. ie it does not
appear to of attempted to play the next track.

PC is Windows XP SP2 Patched with latest updates from Microsoft. I have a SB2
I had no problems with the previous versions of slimserver.

I've checked the player, and it thinks it is still playing the last track, ie,
the track has infinate length with no sound at the end.

Mike - can you include the output from the --d_source debugging option as an attachment to this bug?

Thanks.

Last debug - if this helps

Not sure if this helps. I removed the lame files from bin to see if it made any
difference... Don't think it did. Last log attached just in case it helps.
Comment 6 Dan Sully 2005-10-27 15:37:39 UTC
Mike - could you please attach one of those .wma files to this bug?

Thanks.

Same as bug #2356 - Sample files that exhibit this problem can be found here:
