I open this as a bug just so it does no get forgotten: a while back Dean add the following comments to 
bug 1632

"I'd like to set up the old web-based (not SlimServer based) strings editor for the SN strings 
so we can let folks help with the localizations.  (The built-in webserver is disabled for SN)."

"Dan: Can you make the current SN strings file available from that server?  Then Michael can grab it from 
there.  Alternatively, Michael, we can host your CGI..."

Any news on this?

Stupid me - this is the same issue as bug 1632... I'm sorry for the noise...
