This occurs on Radio, Touch, and Jive

If Radio is set at 24 hour time and an alarm is set, the default time in the Set Time screen is 1 hour behind what the actual alarm time is.

Steps to Repro:
1. Set Radio (or Touch or Jive) to 24 Hour time
2. Set alarm for 14:30
3. Go back to Alarm Clock screen; it should read "Alarm 1: 14:30"
4. Select Alarm 1
5. Select Set Time
Expected:  The set time screen should default to the time the alarm is set for (14:30)
Actual:  The time defaults to 13:30 instead
This does not happen in 12 hour time mode.

This is on fw r9009

This does not appear to happen when using mysqueezebox.com
