9023  MP canditate that includes MSP430 code 1322 to fix the various boot issues.

The battery power state change is incorrect when ac power is reapplied after power off state.

So if the unit has powered off due to being idle for 20 min. while operating on battery, when AC is reapplied the unit does not power up as it should.
