RadioIO subscriber should be receiving 192K streams

It was just brought to my attention that some of our listeners are having issues with receiving the proper streams they are paying for. I have a customer that is an Audiophile subscriber of our service as such he should be getting the 192k streams and a larger list of our streams. He is now not getting the 192k streams and a shorter list of streams. When I enter his info in to my app for the squeeze box here is what I see. As you can see the account type is blank. Current Accounts a___@gmail.com Account type: This particular person says he is up and running again. But there could still be an issue. Most of the ones I have seen are overseas customers. They can get the right streams from the site but not through the Logitech products.

I've already been working with them on this. The main problem is their server sometimes fails to respond, thus giving users the default crappy list of stations. It's not really our problem, although I offered to work with them to implement a better caching system so we aren't hammering their server as much.
