Using SBS (SqueezeCenter)IF you select Settings> My music> and the check boxes for composer, conductor, and band/orchestra these settings work in SBS but have no effect effect how My music is displayed on Touch.

The selection on the device is always as if none of the three check boxes were selected.

Maybe this is intended behavior?

you need to have tracks with one of those values, then eg. the composer of that track would show up under "Artists". This works perfectly fine for me. Please check again.

Forget my previous comment. I didn't correctly read the description. Will check again.

Ok, what's happening here is that SBS is keeping a cache for the list shown on SP, while the web version is not cached. A SBS restart would work around it.

Ryan and Michael, please see bug 9480 and my comment #25. I have a feeling Ryan might be describing that bug rather than a query caching problem.

The problem I describe is with the album list generated for an artist. In SqueezePlay it looks like the 'Composer, Band and Orchestra settings' settings are not taken into account for the query, but they are for the web interface. Should be just a matter of using the correct contributor roles.

Also see bug 13284. Could be this bug, or could be the same as bug 9480.

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.

If you are still seeing this issue, please let us know!
