Bug 12723 has been solved by using seeking support in faad but it would still be good to get untranscoded seeking working via the Audio-Scan modules.

Mickey, could you (or Andy) remind me what is the 7.6.0 version about?  I'm trying to figure out how to target this bug.  Thanks!

Audio::Scan 0.71 has everything we need for this, will get this going in 7.6 trunk soon.
