Now Playing item disappeared from home menu later it reappeared then disappeared and appeared again. this happwned with a track playing fom another touch   fw 8445.

I don't understand, there should never be a Now Playing item in the home menu when using the Touch UI. The button in the upper right is for navigating to Now Playing, and it is intentionally removed from the menu

well if is not suppose to show up then the bug is opposite. Now playing is appearing at the home menu. I have seen it come and go as various times.

FWIW: there was a bug that the item would not _disappear_ when switching back from touch to remote UI (bug 15705). But this should be fixed now.

I have been exercising this with fw 8504 and the now playing is not appearing during touch interaction as It did with earlier fw.
