Ape file for testing on 7.3.3 and 7.4.1

EMEA Escalation

Customer states after updating to SB Server 7.4.1 from 7.3.3, Ape files show up
under "No Artists" or "No Albums".   

Customer then loads 7.3.3, and they show up properly.
