I'm sorry about setting the severity like this, but for me this is a blocker since 95% of my music are APE files.

In short:
After upgrading to 7.4.0 and 7.4.1, no APE files are no longer visible in the library. I'm still able to play them by folder navigation.
There are no errors related to this in the scanning log.
The issue is the same on the linux version. I know that because I have recently switched platform.

Today i updated from 7.3.2 where everything is working well.
To nightly build 7.5.3-31741

Flac is OK but Ape is NOT OK
No artist, no album, no genre.

The artist-song name is OK on the display of the 2 Squeezebox classic en 2
Squeezebox boom

Please reopen if you can provide a file that does not scan on 7.6.
