The firmware update dialog shouldn't popup while music is playing on the device. 

The reason is that this might happen in a middle of a party and you really don't want to risk upgrading your firmware at that time. 

Ideally the firmware update dialog should only be shown when the player is turned off, at that time the user usually doesn't care if the player have to go through a firmware upgrade sequence. 

This enhancement is somewhat related to enhancement #13542

I'd add that at the time the player is connecting to a server might be another good moment. Just don't interrupt the playing.
