Live365 account fails to work

European customer trying to listen to Live365. His account login works on Live365.com-- he can login and listen to music. I've confirmed this myself. But he cannot listen to Live365 via his SB3. As a test, I have attached an SB3 to his account and confirm the same thing. I get the following repeated error over the speakers: "8018, your session is invalid. please verify you are logged in properly and try listening again." According to his mySB.com account his Live365 credentials are successfully added. This fails via mySB.com and also SBS. Is this a mySB.com database issue? Is this an integration issue with paid Live365 accounts? Can QA reproduce? (please see me for account information and credentials.)
