With screen saver set for when off screen off.  A "single push" power off (stand by mode) the screen blanks but sometimes the back light stays on. this has happened to me on multiple occasions. I dont know if it is related but brightness is set to automatic.  FW 7915

I have found settings that make this reproducable.

with unit set 
screen,screen savers, delay, 10 seconds  
screen,screen savers, when off, screen off 

place unit in diagnostics 

settings, advanced, diagnostics 

push power to go to standby mode. Wait for the screen delay 10sec and the backlight comes on with the screen black.

there other conditions when this happens but this is reproducable.

Ryan: since this bug is a Duplicate of bug 14986 it is closed to input.  Can you please re-post your comment in that bug?

If you don't, no one will see it or fix the issue
