I have a genre with one album by Various Artists.  Browsing into it under My Music > Genres > [genre_name], I see only 'Empty'.

do you see this error on the;

Web UI (what version of SBS)
SP Player UI (device)
SP Desktop UI 
IP3K Player UI

The product is SqueezePlay, so Radio, Touch, and SP Desktop.  It works correctly in the web ui and on ip3k players.

Easily duplicated:  Take one compilation album, tag it with an oddball genre, say 'Test', rescan your library, then browse My Music > Genres > Test and it will appear 'Empty'.

This should be fixed by the by the onebrowser work, correct?  Suggest changing the target to the expected release of that effort (7.6?).

A preliminary test in Squeezeplay and on Touch shows that this is fixed in the onebrowser branch.

Alan, I don't know if you're the proper target for this, but since it's reported fixed in onebrowser, I'm passing it your way.

Jim, do you have an A or AA tag that says "Various Artists"?  or are you just relying on the SBS VA auto-detection?

Fix verified in 7.6.r32407

Set comp albums (v/a) to different genres----then click on that genre in the web-UI----the v/a albums are showing.
