Yes pressing "local" internet radio in any interface gives me the Town of Mott in North Dakota ?

Mikael, please provide more details. Which version of Squeezebox Server are you using? Which Squeezebox player is this? What version firmware is on that player?

Also, do you still see this? Or is it OK now?
Comment 2 Mikael Nyberg 2009-11-05 07:47:15 UTC
More details ? I see this in all my players on the controller for all my players and in the web-UI and i've seen this with different versions of 7.4>7.5 . So this has been going on for some time in all interfaces and all players
Not sure when it broke, I don't use local every week.
And it is still like this with latest everything.

SB3 reciever and boom SBC 7.5.0 r8016

Mikael - is this still the case? Is it consistently the same place? What's your public IP address?

This most likely is a mysb.com issue (GeoIP), and not SBS. Not a P1.
Comment 4 Mikael Nyberg 2009-11-27 03:49:14 UTC
Consistently the same place, Mott ND

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mott,_North_Dakota

I've constantly tried new versions of 7.5 it still the same. all interfaces all players.

My public ip:

94.254.42.72

Your IP should be fine (according to eg. http://www.maxmind.com/app/locate_ip).

Dupe of bug 14660

Yess I solved my bug :-)

Don't use zip code in radio time unless your in the US

It does not care about the other info you put into your settings then, like town country etc.

58646 is the zip code for my local neighborhood in Linköping Sweden .

It is also the zip code for the little Town Mott in North Dakota doh!
