Support is getting a lot of calls about iTunes integration issues.  The scan is crashing midway.  If you uncheck the "use iTunes" box, reassign the folder correctly, then rescan it succeeds with no issue.  Recheck that box and rescan, it crashes again.

So far we are mostly seeing this on Mac, but we have one Windows example too.  Still investigating.  We have at least one scanner log.  After filing this bug we'll get whatever more info from the team added here.

(May be related to bug 14237?)
