While testing bug 13693, I noticed that my controller would not reconnect to
the network every time.

On the 2nd or 3rd wake event, the controller would fail to reconnect to
wireless.  See attached logs.

to reproduce, change timeout to 10 seconds, wait for controller to suspend,
then wake and watch serial output.  may have to do this 2-3 times to see
failure.

There is the following error in the log: "failed to DMA data to card".

Richard: Could that be an SD card with a /log directory that causes the issue?
