Description Ken 2009-09-16 19:56:01 UTC
This is a variant on bug 14404 (https://bugs-archive.lyrion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14004), specifically aimed at customized ordering of the Home Menu on SqueezeOS devices (SBC, Touch, Radio). A great feature of the SB/SB2/SB3/Boom devices is the ability to (a) choose what appears on the Home menu, and (b) define the order of those items. With the SqueezeOS devices we only have (a).

The lack of customized ordering is increasingly a problem with the introduction of 'My Apps' in 7.4. It is likely that many users will want at least some Apps on their home menu, but the current placement (r7571 on SBC, r7547 on Touch) of items seems almost random.

This is a dupe of 14004, which has been modified to encompass the entire SP product line.
