Artists starting with a extended character like É, È, Ö aren't correctly alphabetically sorted anymore on the Controller and Web UI.

Need more information: how is it wrong? It's looking good on my system:

Bizet
Björk
Blondie

And no - I doubt this is the same as bug 13296

I only noticed this when the 1st character is an extended character.
