Screenshot of missing "Ø" and the same letter displayed fine at the bottom of the list

In 7.4-28065 when I browse Artists, the alphabetic list of letters at the top
does not display the Danish character "Ø" (and, presumably, not "Æ" and "Å"
either).

Instead, I see the "question mark in a diamond".

In the list of artist names (and, I think, everywhere else in the UI), the
letters display fine.

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.

I have downgraded to a version 7.3.3 because of an issue with the scanner and SSODS, so I can't tell.

I might try a 7.4 build again this weekend - will let you know if I find anything.

dupe of bug 13600 - non-latin characters aren't sorted properly. The pagebar is built from the sortname values.
