Thanks!

Dan,

Can you get these links? La Ron is not 100% clear on what is needed here -- please follow up with your team about this and append the desired URL's to this ticket.

Thanks!

Cheers,

Matthew

Here is what we have so far:

 * Squeezebox Radio

  [working to get this URL. If we cannot get a specific URL in the next few days, use the "Other" URL below.]

 * Squeezebox Touch

  [this page will not be defined until launch. I recommend we pull this list item until then.]

 * Squeezebox Duet

  http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=11891

 * Squeezebox Boom

  http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/409/&cl=us,en?prodcrid=409

 * Other

  http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/409/&cl=us,en?prodcrid=409

Here is the SB Radio link to be used:

http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=13841
Comment 4 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-09 14:38:18 UTC
I just noticed Transporter is missing from this list -- is this intentional? Do we need to add it?
Comment 5 Dan Evans 2009-09-09 15:35:48 UTC
Yes, let's add Transporter... after Boom and before Other. Have it link to this URL:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/439/3163&hub=1&selectedcrid=409&selectedcid=3163&cl=us,en

Also...

Please change the Boom URL to:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/439/4707&hub=1&selectedcrid=409&selectedcid=4707

Thanks, Matthew!  Good catch.
Comment 6 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-10 09:15:48 UTC
Dan,

These are for AMR, right? What about EMEA and AP ?
Comment 7 Pat Ransil 2009-09-18 16:40:35 UTC
[from Dan]
I'll put in a request to change the links in question to a backup URL until I get updates.

Until I get something better, please substitute this URL for any EMEA or AP links:

http://www.logitech.com/support

Cool, thanks Dan.

Comment 10 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-22 08:39:20 UTC
reassigning to me to update localizations with links
Comment 11 Dan Evans 2009-09-22 09:27:37 UTC
Matthew-- can we use the links we gathered in bug 9901? They are region and language specific.
Comment 12 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-24 09:51:02 UTC
No, not based on the design you created for the support page which includes PRODUCT specific links by region.

I'll be updating these today after I have the localization editor. ( # 14243 )
Comment 13 Michael Herger 2009-09-25 10:17:21 UTC
One more issue: EN comes up without content, but with an error message:

CMS(SUPPORT-OVERVIEW, , content) error: bad request

the other languages are fine.
Comment 14 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-25 21:18:04 UTC
updated AMR links per Dan Evans
Comment 15 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-25 21:39:46 UTC
Fixed product links for Support page for EMEA.
Comment 16 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-25 22:06:50 UTC
updated EMEA
Comment 17 Matthew J. Martin 2009-09-25 22:20:19 UTC
All provided links implemented, with logitech.com/support substituting where no link provided. Reassigning to Dan to provide remaining links as available.
Comment 18 Michael Herger 2009-10-05 05:13:46 UTC
Something seems to be broken here. From the forums:

Where?

I try in this place:

1. Polish helpline 00 800 441 17 19 - dosn't work ;(
2. Email Support ('click'
(http://logitech-pl-emea.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_pl_emea.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?section=contact&subsection=email&crid=595&lt_product_id=**&tabs=**&cl=pl,pl))
- error after send form
3. Support on http://www.mysqueezebox.com/support - broken link,

Comment 19 Michael Herger 2009-10-05 05:37:14 UTC
It's getting even better: the link to the support form is pointing to
/download instead (only checked DE and PL, but I assume all localized
versions are wrong)
Comment 20 Dan Evans 2009-10-07 15:09:34 UTC
There are now two issues described in this bug:

1. EMEA links need updating. Status: pending. Waiting on completion of translation process in EMEA to get updated links.

2. Some broken links on mySB.com/support? Status: need more information.

Michael-- For the second, I need to know exactly which link is broken. You say, "the link to the support form is pointing to /download instead." Which one is that? Found where?
