There is a basic design complete for Michael, but "browse" and "current playlist" functionality needs to be added.  Will probably do this via tabs.

Matt - you can close them. I've opened dependent bugs (see "Blocks" entry above) for my follow up bugs, in order to be able to track hours (as requested by Pat).
