Description Dan Evans 2009-07-13 10:45:13 UTC
After a successful setup, I select "My Music" but Fab4 finds no server. On the error page it displays the "more help" button at top-right is needed.

Also, either on this page or on the More Help page we should mention Firewalls as a main cause of this error. (if SB server is actually installed and running.)

This isn't even supposed to be an error screen. The "empty" OOTB my music screen happens by design, and should be user-friendly and should not feel like an error.

We're not hardly mentioning SC in the QSG at all now (see attached, there's a little blurb after step 3, thats it).

"Get Squeezebox Software"

In order to access music from your computer, please visit www.mysqueezebox.com/mymusic and download the provided software to your computer.

If you have already installed this software, please check to make sure that your computer and Squeezebox are on the same network, and that your server is running."

Also, re: previous conversations, "Remote Library" should only be accessible under settings...

Oops, wrong string.

"To enable "My Music," download the Squeezebox Server software from www.mysqueezebox.com and make sure it is installed and running on a computer on the network."
